We've made food so complicated and it's time to make it simple again.

Can food just be food? ... instead of numbers, food groups, and labels of "healthy" and "unhealthy"...?

Can kids simply learn to trust their bodies and feel how different foods feel in their bodies?

Can kids STAY connected to their bodies instead of dissociating and starting living in their minds from such a young age?

Can parents trust kids to know what is best for them?

The answer can be YES to all of these questions... but only if we do the work ourselves as mothers & parents.

It doesn't mean that we have to be perfect and have completely healed our relationship with food... it simply needs that we can practice awareness, presence, and trust with our Self & our kid(s).
